The “Village Co-op Area” is an area off South Highland Ave across the street from Nelson Park and up the street from Arcadian Shopping Center.
This area includes The Parkview, a larger mid-rise building, High Meadow (also known as Charter Circle), a townhouse-style, and Highland Terrace, a garden-style.
Most, although not all, of Ossining’s Co-ops are in this area. Another co-op complex fairly closeby is Scarborough Manor.
