The Recess Rocks program led by trained movement instructors from the Open Door, will lead elementary school-aged children (ages 3-11) in “creative dynamic movement session, that reverses childhood obesity and promotes life-enhancing habits. Recess Rocks is fun, non-competitive exercise. Kids and the whole community will benefit. www.recessrocks.com.
