Author Event: Donna Moriarty at the Library

Come to the library and meet local author Donna Moriarty, who will speak about her book, “Not Just Words: How a Good Apology Makes You Braver, Bolder and Better at Life.”

This book shows readers how to improve their relationships by learning how to deliver a good apology, and why it’s important. Copies of the book will be available for purchase and signing.

Donna Moriarty has made a life’s work out of crafting, refining, and improving communications for people, projects, and businesses. Throughout her career, and now through her company, Silversmith Writing & Editing, she has written and edited award-winning publications, web content, and marketing materials. Her portfolio includes short fiction and non-fiction, book reviews, and a one-act play. Her work has appeared in MS., Backstage, San Francisco, and The Hartford Courant. Her passion for writing, speaking, and listening—the most powerful and enduring forms of human connection—is her great obsession. This is her first book.
